Business at Newport’s independently-owned Nixon garage is definitely on the up – in fact, the business has had to move into larger premises on Daish Way, to accommodate the additional work load.
Owner Paul Nixon has also taken on more full-time staff, including an apprentice, and says that from around June this year he will also be able to offer an MOT testing service from the larger premises.
“We can service most cars from as early as 1970 right through to the latest models” he says, “and we have all the latest VW and Audi diagnostic equipment on-site. We also do air-con systems, tyres, brakes, exhausts and cambelts.”
