By Ruth Green, Tipsy Wight

At last the long, cold nights are getting shorter and there are signs that Spring is just around the corner. The daffodils and snowdrops are out on the Tipsy Farm, our hens are finally laying again and even our honey bees are out and about, gathering early pollen and nectar for another, hopefully warm, Summer.

We use our own honey, cold-extracted so that all the flavour is retained, in both our Tipsy Wight® Spiced Honey Vodka liqueur and our Tipsy Wight® Honey and Lemon Vodka. We love using local ingredients gathered in season for all our 21 flavours, and we’re really looking forward to launching our new Apricot Vodka in time for the Summer season, following on closely from our hugely popular Cherry Vodka launched at the end of last year.

Also look out for our new Tipsy Wight Horsebox cocktail bar which will be making an appearance at several events over the Summer season. Rescued from a field and lovingly restored using Island craftspeople this beautiful 1960s ‘Rice’ horsebox is nearly ready to party!
